Description

DBB Ball Valves means double block and bleed ball valves with two ball inside, that adopts a three piece valve body structure or a fully welded valve body structure, it has floating DBB ball valves and trunnion mounted ball valves. The DBB ball valve uses two independent sealing surfaces to double isolate the medium, ensuring complete isolation of the upstream and downstream pipelines and preventing the flow of the medium, thereby ensuring the safety of operation. At the same time, a discharge port is provided between the two sealing surfaces to discharge the medium in the middle cavity or release the pressure, which is convenient for testing the sealing performance and further improves the safety and reliability of the valve. This compact one body design reduces the weight and requires space compared with installing two conventional valves when it achieves safer application. These valves are usually applied in marine and offshore industry.
