Carbon capture, namely carbon capture and storage (CCS), means the process of capture carbon dioxide which produced in industrial production, then store and make use of them. The advantage of CCS is reducing harmful gases generated by burning fossil fuels -- greenhouse gases. According to the current capture process, such as MEA method, methanol cooling method, PSA method, polymer and inorganic membrane separation process. To implement these processes, some special valves such as ultra-low cryogenic temperature valve, liquid ammonia valve, oxygen valve, catalyst valve will be involved. At present, we have participated in many CCUS projects, accumulated experience in product design and material selection, and made sufficient technical reserves in the carbon capture industry to meet the changing industry needs.

Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe, accounting for about three quarters of the mass. Hydrogen exists in water which covering 70% of the earth's surface, and also exists in organic matter. The energy generated by hydrogen is 2-3 times higher than most other common fuels. It is also easy to react with oxygen, releasing a large amount of energy in the form of heat. Therefore, hydrogen energy has also become one of the core energy sources for carbon reduction in the future. The use of hydrogen is mainly in industry, namely: oil refining, ammonia production, methanol production and steel production. Almost all hydrogen is provided by fossil fuels, so clean hydrogen has great potential for emission reduction.

At the same time in the North Sea and other large offshore wind farms, the potential for green hydrogen production is huge. Some pioneers have begun to try to build offshore hydrogen platforms the platforms including hydrogen production equipment, the electrolysis device and transformer required for the transformation of offshore wind power, and a set of seawater desalination device to produce ultra-pure water required for electrolysis.

Polycrystalline silicon is a kind of high purity silicon material, with high stability, high conductivity and low resistivity, etc. , which is widely used in solar cells, semiconductors, chemical industry catalysts and other industries. JUDU has successfully achieved product breakthroughs and import substitution in high-purity polysilicon and ultra-pure polysilicon, involving the Siemens process, fluidized bed process with Silane and other processes. Also supply hard sealed ball valves, high-temperature ball valves and other special valves for cold hydrogenation, silica powder separation, distillation, reduction furnace, adsorption tower and other devices. At the same time, we develop rotating disc valves for polysilicon industry devices and other powder devices. We also develop a polysilicon valve design quality control outline, especially control the production and design process of polysilicon valves to ensure product reliability.
